Is Transformational Life Coaching For You?
These days there’s a life coach everywhere you turn. Life coaching is a great way to set yourself down the right path for you. However, not everyone is qualified to guide you, challenge you and push you past your imagined self limitations.
Often times clients seek a professional life coach for health reasons, business plateaus, relationship issues, creating financial independence, mindset blocks and so much more. Working with a transformational life coach can help you identify what your true goals and desires are, and the limiting beliefs that are preventing you from achieving them. You see, it’s who you are that determines how well what you do works. It begins with your belief systems. Our belief systems are shaped by our MFTP’s (mother, fathers, teachers and preacher). Albeit usually well meaning, not always the most supportive and abundant of mindsets.
Life coaching is extremely beneficial but it certainly isn’t for everyone. Take the free Coachability Quiz to see if you’re ready to embark on a life-changing coaching journey by clicking this link. Only 10% of the population is coachable, so find out if you qualify first. Coaching is hard, soul-searching work with another human being that can make you feel uncomfortable at times.
Coaching is not the same as therapy. If you need to resolve an issue from your past, have an addiction to drugs or alcohol, or have recently experienced trauma or loss, please seek the professional help of a qualified therapist or social worker in your community right away.
