We have all tried something at one point and failed. Failed, meaning, it didn’t go our way. But, is that really failure? I believe that we have learning experiences. We try one thing and if it doesn’t work, we can try it another way or try something completely different. There is no need to get discouraged. Thomas Edison “failed” over 1000 times before he perfected the light bulb. He chose to not see it as a failure but instead how not to do it. Had he not been as persistent and as optimistic who knows where we’d be today.
So what is your outlook on life? Do you see failures or do you see opportunities to improve yourself? When you encounter setbacks, know that they’re only temporary. Don’t dwell on it. This too shall pass. It gives you time to reflect and adjust your path. This is also an opportunity to get to know yourself, to grow spiritually, emotionally and mentally. Remember, what doesn’t break you, makes you stronger.
